Club Development weekend.

The FSCK have just had a fantastic weekend, we hired top coach Rolland Woolven to give us top tips and help with how we organize our trips.
Here he is showing us just what he carries in his kayak and BA, no wonder it's so heavy.

In line towing, we had about half a dozen paddlers pulling this raft with Rolland standing and shouting faster, faster.

Everyone enjoyed themselves and learnt a lot, and the water wasn't that cold.

Pool session.

Just another small video from the pool session.

Yesterday was a pool session at the Bowhill pool. I made a short video of Ray and myself doing a T-rescue. As well as the rescue we also practiced rolling, re-entry rolls, split paddle rolls and bracing. The pool is to small to do much turning but its good to do these things in the warm.
